Molded fiber is another sustainable and compostable alternative for the packaging world. Molded fiber products are made of repurposing fibrous materials, especially natural fibers as wood, bamboo, sugarcane, wheat straw and recycled cardboard. When it comes to the food packaging industry, the features of the molded fiber material enable the finished product to have of natural appearance, amazing shapes, and strong strength. With a large scale of production and modern machinery running, the cost of molded fiber products has improved step by step.

Molded Fiber Food Container

Molded fiber food containers are gradually emerging as a hot sale product in the food packaging industry.

Accum’s molded fiber food containers are made of pure natural wood pulp, bamboo pulp and bagasse sugarcane material, which are biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable. These containers are waterproof and grease-proof, heat-resistant and can hold hot food up to 100 degrees Celsius while remaining sturdy and strong. They're also microwave safe to reheat food as well as freezer safe to store food. The multiple functions of molded fiber food containers provide diversity with meaningful economic benefits and improve brand image.

Molded Fiber Plate & Cup Tray

Accum’s molded fiber cup trays are made of 100% compostable and recyclable material, which is natural and sanitary.

They can be degraded back to organic compost material in 3-6 months, and then can be used as fertilizer. It does not require additional cultivation lands and has no impact on forest areas. The material comes from nature and customers can even re-use the trays for few times before the trays go back to nature. The trays are stackable, lightweight weight and firm enough to hold cups filled with beverages.
